Why do we hate Mondays so much?
I know the weekends are fun and weekdays are all work and no fun, but it doesn’t have to be that way!
So how can we start our week off right to beat the Monday blues?
- Make a weekly plannar. Planning your week ahead of time decreases the overwhelm of your workload.
- Meditate Sunday night so you can go to sleep with a positive feeling.
- Exercise Monday morning to boost your energy.
- Take breaks throughout the day.
- Prioritize your tasks so you do the most 3 important tasks 1st.
- Divide your big tasks into smaller parts.
- If you still feel the Monday blues, listen to some upbeat music or a motivational podcast as you work.
