Fitness Update

My goal is to exercise daily for 7 minutes or walk 6000 steps. So far, I haven’t achieved that goal. I made progress today, though.

I hit 10 minutes of fast-paced activity today!
I walked 2.73 km (4,418 steps).

On average, I’m exercising 4 days a week. Last week I exercised 6 days out of 7.

I’m at 63% of my exercise goal.

What are your fitness goals? Are you making progress?

  1. I just started exercising again. I haven’t been very consistent but I am trying. 😁😁
