Hello readers. It’s been a long day. It’s almost midnight but I wanted to post this before I go to bed. I have spent all day feeling unloved, and now I want to kick myself for feeling this way. It’s just unless someone is constantly expressing their love, care and appreciation for me, I assume they don’t love me anymore. I don’t know how to not feel like this anymore.
I read a lot of books and blogs and uplifting content in general. I try to feed myself with as much positivity and information and stories and techniques to become mentally healthy. So today I will tell you which books I’m most grateful for (off the top of my head).
