About

Hi! How are you? Sajida here from My Rollercoaster Journey.

This blog started as a personal page; a way to share my story. I struggle with social anxiety and I suffer occasionally from depression.

I am a work-from-home mom (if you count starting an online business as a job) to a beautiful 7-year-old boy and I want to become a freelance editor (that’s why I still consider myself a stay-at-home mom because I don’t technically get paid).

I have published 11 books on Amazon so far between poetry, mini autobiographies, and self-help content. The content in my books is mostly not available on the blog (but some of it used to be), but you’ll like my books if you enjoy my blogs.

My blogs are also available as a podcast on Spotify, Google Podcasts, RadioPublic, and many more.

Join me on my journey to become a better me as I go through the ups and downs of parenting, marriage, and life with anxiety.

Tell me about yourself in the comments. Reach out to me through my contacts page. Let me know how you’re doing. Are there any topics you want me to blog about? Are there any products you would like me to design specifically for you?

This blog is about you as much as it is about me. This blog is a community where we can relate to one another and my purpose is to inspire and motivate you to be productive, practice self-care, try self-improvement, and maybe start your blog or business.

  1. Hi. My name is Safiya Price. I enjoy reading your blog. I found your blog while on Pinterest. Thank you for being honest and authentic about your feelings and sharing your life with me. I have struggled with anxiety, depression, and PTSD for years. I am an introvert and battled social anxiety too.. I am inspired to start blogging. I believe it will be theraputic for me.I have no experience with blogging. Do you have any advice/suggestions. I am new here on WordPress . I look forward to reading more posts on your blog. Have a great day.

    1. Hi Safiya. Welcome to my blog! I’m so glad you found my blogs beneficial and relateable but I’m sorry you struggle with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I hope you are finding ways to cope and overcome them. I have several blog posts on my blog about tips on how to start a blog, and many of my fellow bloggers have tips too. You can find them under the tag blogging on my blog.
